Roofers Local 58 is accepting applications from skilled installers and foreman-level leaders for commercial metal roofing and architectural metal projects. If you have experience installing metal roofing, flashing, wall panels, or architectural sheet metal, we want to hear from you.

https://apply.appion.network/Start/roofers58 What You'll Do Install standing seam metal roofing (SSMR), cap flashing, coping, wall panels, metal siding, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, soffits, and related components. Complete commercial re-roofs, repairs, and new installations on flat and sloped roofs. Read blueprints, specifications, and installation details. Measure, cut, fit, and fasten sheet metal components. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication equipment. Follow fall protection requirements and maintain a safe, organized jobsite. Qualifications Five or more years of commercial sheet metal roofing or architectural sheet metal experience preferred. OSHA 10 card required. Comfortable working at heights while using appropriate fall protection. Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting 50+ pounds. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a crew. Must provide personal hand tools; contractor supplies power tools. Certain projects may require background screening for access to military bases or correctional facilities. Pay and Placement Journeyman's Card holders: $33.05 per hour + union benefits. Leadership opportunities available for qualified applicants. Foreman pay will be discussed based on classification and responsibilities. 37.30/hr or 40.00/hr depending on crew size + 6.43/hr in union benefits Foreman Opportunities We are also seeking experienced sheet metal roofers who can lead a crew. Responsibilities include assigning daily work, coordinating with site supervisors, tracking labor and materials, mentoring less-experienced workers, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
