We are seeking experienced, independent cleaning contractors for high-quality residential and commercial projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a 1099 contractor role for professional cleaners who operate their own business and are looking for additional high-volume job opportunities.

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00/hour (based on job type). 7-

Day Availability:

Jobs available Monday through Sunday. You choose the shifts that fit your schedule.

Volume:

Constant flow of recurring residential and high-value commercial jobs.

Autonomy:

You manage your own process and execution to meet our quality standards. Contractor Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Equipment & Supplies:

You must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies, vacuums, and tools.

Transportation:

You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver's License to travel between sites.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional cleaning experience.

Technology:

Must have a smartphone with a data plan for scheduling and updates.

Legal:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as a contractor and pass a background check.

Payout Terms Schedule:

Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks).

Direct deposit.
