Job Summary Green Gable Restoration is seeking a dependable, hardworking Roofing Exterior Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field position responsible for completing roofing and exterior restoration work while accurately documenting all work performed using company software. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety procedures, and is comfortable using mobile technology to document projects.
Compensation Pay:
$25 to $30 (based on experience) Responsibilities Perform residential roofing and exterior restoration work. Install and repair asphalt shingles, flashing, gutters, siding, fascia, soffit, and other exterior building components. Perform emergency tarp installations and temporary weatherproofing when needed. Complete punch-list items and warranty repairs. Take clear before, during, and after photos of every job using CompanyCam . Accurately document daily work performed, materials used, and project progress using Dash (CoreLogic) . Ensure all required job documentation is completed before leaving each project. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress, material needs, and any issues encountered. Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly. Represent Green Gable professionally while interacting with homeowners and vendors. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or exterior remodeling preferred. Ability to safely work on ladders and walk roofs. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications. Experience using CompanyCam and Dash is preferred but not required (training provided if needed). Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English , as accurate documentation and communication with the office are required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
