Job Overview Sentri Homes is looking for an experienced Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vinyl, fiber cement, metal, or other siding materials and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install siding according to project specifications Install J-channel, corner posts, starter strips, flashing, and exterior trim Perform caulking, weatherproofing, and basic exterior repairs Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely Follow all job-site and fall-protection safety requirements Protect windows, doors, landscaping, and existing property Keep work areas clean and remove construction debris Work with project managers and crew members to complete projects properly Report rot, damaged sheathing, or other issues before proceeding Qualifications Previous siding installation experience preferred Experience with vinyl siding strongly preferred Fiber cement, metal siding, roofing, stucco, or trim carpentry experience is a plus Ability to accurately measure and cut materials Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to lift and move construction materials Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Lift and carry construction materials Climb ladders and work at heights Stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods Work safely outdoors in changing weather conditions
