This role involves measuring, cutting, and assembling wood or metal components to create durable and level structures according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and assemble shed frames, including floors, walls, and roof structures Measure, cut, and install lumber and other materials accurately Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction plans Ensure structures are square, level, and properly aligned Install sheathing, rafters, and basic structural components Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow all safety guidelines and job site regulations Work with a team to complete projects on time
Requirements:
Experience in framing, carpentry, or construction preferred Ability to read tape measures and basic construction plans Skilled with common tools (saws, nail guns, drills, etc.) Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Strong attention to detail and work quality Reliable and punctual
Preferred Skills:
