Our company is based in Whitinsville, Massachusetts , while our operational office, tools, equipment, and materials are located in Putnam, Connecticut . Employees report to the Putnam location each day before traveling with the crew to scheduled job sites. At NEFCR, our employees are an important part of the company, and we want to provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed. This is a hands-on, physical position that is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a team. No foundation repair or waterproofing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.
