Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician specializing in roofing, siding, and construction! In this energetic role, you will be the hands-on expert delivering top-quality repairs and maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they are safe, durable, and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform roofing and siding repairs, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards with precision and attention to details. Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses effectively while following all construction safety regulations Conduct occasional heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Must be able to climb, lift, carry ladders and material and work at heights Apply caulking, minor carpentry, and other finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols at each site Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, siding installation, or general remodeling projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, ladders (including ladder use safety), and safety harnesses Knowledge of construction safety standards such as OSHA regulations and best practices for working at heights or in outdoor environments Familiarity with various building materials. Experience working on construction sites with outdoor work exposure in different weather conditions.
