Duties Measure, cut, and install different types of siding materials according to construction plans and technical drawings Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete siding installations Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure precise fitting and alignment of siding components Follow safety protocols including the proper use of construction safety harnesses, ladders, and fall protection equipment during outdoor work Perform roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and stucco work as needed for comprehensive exterior renovations Conduct heavy lifting of siding panels and other materials while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety standards Collaborate with team members to fabricate custom siding pieces and ensure seamless installation on various building structures Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to construction workplace safety regulations at all times Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or related remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment Knowledge of roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, drywall, caulking, stucco, and metal stud framing is highly desirable Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or construction plans Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses and fall protection gear Outdoor work experience with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods Handyman experience or prior work in remodeling projects is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high quality workmanship Join us in delivering exceptional exterior solutions that stand the test of time!
