Applicants must be able to perform the following work: Rough Carpentry Wood and metal stud framing Formwork Window installation Finish Carpentry Interior door installation Baseboards and trim Hardwood flooring Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring Plumbing Install shower valves Run and relocate water supply and drain lines Install bathtubs Install and connect sinks and toilets Requirements Own your own tools Own a reliable car or truck Valid driver's license Ability to communicate in English Good customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional References required Most projects are residential remodeling work located throughout Miami-Dade County.
