Augustine, Fleming Island, Orange Park, and the Beaches. We don't compete on price and we don't cut corners. This is an installer seat, not a crew-leader seat. If you'd rather hang gutter all day than manage people, this is the one. What you'll run:
- Seamless gutter on high-end residential
- 6 inch, 7 inch, and 8 inch K-style, plus half-round, box, and copper
- Hanger layout, pitch, miters, end caps, and sealing that holds up on a 20-year house
- Downspout runs and tie-ins
- 3x4 standard, larger where the system calls for it
- Soffit and fascia repair and replacement, exterior trim
- Gutter guard installs, including micromesh
- Ladder work up to 2 stories most days, 3-story with lifts
- Leaving a finished property cleaner than you found it What you need:
- 2+ years hanging seamless gutter, or strong exterior trade experience (roofing, siding, soffit and fascia, trim carpentry) plus real ladder time
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- ladders up to 2 stories daily, 3-story with lifts. This is not optional
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (MVR check at offer stage)
- Reliable transportation to the shop and Jacksonville-area job sites, on time, every day
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat year-round, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to pass a background check
- reviewed case by case, not an automatic disqualifier A plus: exterior trim, soffit, and fascia experience; running a gutter machine; copper or half-round; trailer towing; drainage and downspout burial; guard product knowledge.

Pay note:
