In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction-related activities, possess excellent technical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from commercial builds to residential renovations, while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on construction sites. Perform construction inspection tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Assist with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing, application, and installation as needed. Collaborate with team members on site management activities including layout marking, schematic interpretation, and material handling. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience with installation techniques such as fixture mounting, door hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, and glass or cabinet installation. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is highly desirable. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools; experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction inspection and site operations. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
