Shutter Brothers Impact Windows & Roofing is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and quality craftsmanship across roofing, impact windows, doors, and exterior projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field installation teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to company standards. Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to installation crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality requirements. Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofing systems. Coordinate roofing tear-offs, dry-ins, underlayment, flashing, waterproofing, ventilation systems, and final installations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Ensure all roofing and installation work complies with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installations promptly and professionally. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
Requirements:
Preferred 1 year experience in the construction and/or roofing industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, roofing systems, materials, safety regulations, and building codes. Solid knowledge of installation processes and best practices, particularly in roofing, windows, doors, shutters, or similar products. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
