Skilled Laborer Reports To:
Superintendent W orks Directly with: Foreman and other Craft Mechanics Basic Function Perform various construction tasks that support the preparation and restoration of surfaces. This includes operating hand and power tools safely, following instructions, adhering to safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and traveling to different job sites as needed. The skilled laborer is also responsible for attending safety training, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and company policies. Good Reputation Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces for caulking, coating installation, and concrete restoration. Apply products as per the manufacturer's requirements. 2. Follow all written and oral instructions given by your supervisor. 3. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management, properly and safely. 4. Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. 5. Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols. 6. Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches. 7. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily. 8. Report incidents immediately to the Safety Director, Supervisor, and Human Resources in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company. 9. Attend all safety training sessions, understand all safety measures, and ask questions about any aspect not understood. Conduct all activities in a safe manner to avoid endangering oneself and other employees. Report unsafe job conditions and comply with all safety training and directives. 10. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment as directed. 11. Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management. 12. Adhere to the company's code of conduct. 13. Report to work on time as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements:
