The role primarily involves window cleaning (98%) and pressure cleaning (2%), operating a company fleet truck, and traveling to multiple job sites daily. Responsibilities include ladder and pole work, window cleaning, detailing tracks and sills while adhering to safety protocols. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Experience 1-2 years of professional experience in commercial and residential window cleaning (required). 1-2 years of professional experience in pressure cleaning (preferred). Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices, equipment, ladders, stacks, and roof rigging. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently or in a team. Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
