EmpireWorks Reconstruction is a Florida based construction company that focuses on exterior renovation throughout Florida. We are Hiring for Residential Roofer Helper for our Orlando, FL and surrounding cities. This position earns $20.00 per hour depending on work experience. Consistent 40-hour work week , work schedule is from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday. Pay EVERY FRIDAY, Direct Deposit.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Residential Roofer Helper to assist experienced roofers with residential roofing projects. The Roofer Helper will support roof installation, repair, replacement, and general jobsite activities while following company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.Construction Helpers Job Requirements:
- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred but not required.
- Residential construction experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
- Must be dependable and report to work on time.
- Must be comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and elevated work areas.
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
- Fall-protection training is preferred; company training may be provided as required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites.
- Capable of lifting and moving 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and other construction materials and equipment as needed.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including digging, lifting, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Transportation will not be provided; you must be able to get to the job site or arrange transportation with a coworker or another reliable source.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
