K&M Waterproofing and Caulking, LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Waterproofing & Caulking Technician to join our growing team. We work throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working as part of a team. What You'll Do Perform waterproofing and caulking work on construction projects Apply waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related materials Work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other elevated work areas Follow project specifications and company safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation to and from various job sites Monday-Friday Willingness and ability to work at heights Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to work outdoors and in extreme heat when required Must follow OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well with others in a team environment No Experience? That's Okay! We are willing to train the right person. Construction or waterproofing experience is a plus, but we are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.
