Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in commercial roofing Valid Florida Driver's License Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to safely perform physically demanding roofing work Ability to work independently and as part of a roofing crew Preferred Roofing Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Hot-air welding / hot welding Hot-mop roofing systems Single-ply roofing systems

roofing Sheet metal fabrication and installation Dump trailer operation and hauling Commercial roof repairs and installations Tear-offs and roof preparation Roofing materials handling and jobsite cleanup Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems according to project specifications Perform roofing work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail Properly use roofing tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment Assist with material loading, unloading, and transportation Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Follow instructions from foremen and project supervisors Complete work according to company quality standards and project deadlines Represent JC IronShield Roofing professionally when working with customers, contractors, and other trades What We're Looking For We are looking for experienced roofers who know the trade, show up ready to work, and take pride in their craftsmanship .
