In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality roofing solutions while ensuring safety and efficiency on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, collaborate with a dedicated team, and develop your skills in diverse roofing applications. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a crew of roofing professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely Install different types of roofing materials, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and traditional shingles Perform roofing repairs and replacements following detailed construction plans and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to handle materials safely and accurately Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols, including the use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise installation and repair work Conduct siding installation, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, and metal stud framing as needed for remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite while complying with all construction workplace safety regulations Assist in the interpretation of construction estimates and plans to ensure project scope is met efficiently Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation, repair, or remodeling projects Hands-on experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, siding installation, drywall finishing, and stucco application Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of construction safety standards including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and OSHA regulations Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions on construction sites Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and performing heavy lifting safely Previous handyman or general construction experience is highly desirable Ability to interpret technical plans accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex projects Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional roofing solutions!
