SPH Property Solutions is a small, growing residential remodeling and property improvement company. We are looking for one dependable person to work directly with our team on renovation projects throughout the Bradenton and Sarasota area. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in showing up on time, working carefully, and completing the job properly. You do not need to know every trade, but you must be dependable, comfortable with physical work, and genuinely interested in learning residential remodeling.
Typical responsibilities:
Demolition and job-site preparation Drywall installation, patching, and sanding Interior and exterior painting Basic carpentry and trim installation Assisting with cabinets, doors, flooring, and fixtures Picking up and organizing materials Protecting customers' homes and maintaining a clean job site Assisting with other day-to-day remodeling work as needed Minimum requirements: Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license Able to report to job sites in Bradenton and Sarasota Able to lift approximately 50 pounds and perform physical work Able to use basic hand and power tools safely Reliable phone and consistent communication Authorized to work in the United States Punctual, dependable, and respectful on occupied properties Willing to complete a paid skills assessment Previous remodeling, construction, maintenance, painting, drywall, carpentry, or handyman experience is preferred. However, we will consider someone with limited experience who has a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a serious interest in learning.
Schedule:
