Position Summary:
As a Roof Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing various roofing systems. This role requires a focus on safety, customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Day in the
Life:
Inspect and repair residential and commercial roofing systems, including Shingles, Tile, Metal, TPO, PVC, and EPDM Safely operate tools and machinery while working at heights Provide professional customer service and maintain accurate records of work performed Perform installations and repairs on steep and low-slope roofing systems Adhere to safety protocols and regulations (OSHA 10 or 30-hour training) Estimate projects and oversee large jobs as needed Use construction software (Easybuild, Procore, Dash Company cam) for job management
What We Are Seeking:
2-5 years of roofing experience preferred, with knowledge of both steep and low-slope roofing systems Safety-minded, team-oriented individual with strong customer service skills Physical ability to perform job duties, including climbing, lifting (up to 100 lbs), and working at heights Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma preferred Basic construction and safety knowledge Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Apply Today!
