Responsibilities:

This role requires expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of roofing systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Perform detailed roof inspections to assess damage, locate leaks, and identify potential problem areas Repair various roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, TPO, and flat roofs, according to Central Homes Roofing's quality standards Install roofing materials such as underlayment, flashing, and ventilation components as part of repair or upgrade work Properly seal joints and waterproof key areas to prevent future leaks and structural damage Replace damaged or worn-out roofing components, ensuring durability and long-term performance Collaborate with crew members to maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines Follow all Central Homes Roofing policies and procedures, with a strong focus on jobsite safety Clearly communicate findings, repair plans, and progress updates to clients, providing a professional and reassuring customer experience Accurately document work completed, including materials used and scope of repairs
