  • Outdoor Structure Installer Earn $500+ Per Structure, With Opportunities to Earn Even More We are looking for reliable, experienced Independent Contractor Installers to install high-quality, pre-cut cedar pergolas, pavilions, decks, and other outdoor structures at residential and commercial job sites.
Earn a base fee of at least $500 for every completed structure you install. Larger and more complex projects can pay more, and additional incentives provide even more earning potential. Most of our simple projects only take one day to complete. If you love building but don't want to spend your time finding customers, quoting jobs, ordering materials, or chasing payments, this opportunity is for you. Big Timber Structures was born out of the need for quality American-made timber carports, gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions with a direct-to-consumer approach. We have created a superior-crafted product and consistently provide an unrivaled customer experience to homeowners and business owners across the country.
Guaranteed Base:
$500 Minimum Per Completed Structure Installers earn at least $500 per completed structure , with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on the size, scope, options, and efficiency of each project.

Y our earning potential increases with the number and size of structures you install. Get Paid Quickly Once all required project documentation is submitted, installers are typically paid weekly . What You'll Do Install pre-cut cedar pergolas, pavilions, decks, and other outdoor structures Follow company designs, specifications, and installation practices Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Professionally communicate with homeowners and business customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Complete required project documentation Travel to various residential and commercial installation locations Independent Contractor Requirements We are looking for dependable contractors with: Strong carpentry and construction skills A strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently Ability to follow plans, designs, and specifications Ability to provide one or more qualified helpers when needed Because installers work directly at customers' homes and businesses, all contractors must: Carry at least $500,000 in General Liability Insurance Carry Commercial Auto Insurance Recommended Tools & Equipment Installers should have access to: 1/2-ton truck or larger 16-20 ft. tandem-axle trailer or larger Standard carpentry/framing tools Build.
