What You'll Do You'll be responsible for diagnosing roofing issues, providing repair recommendations, completing repairs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Diagnosing roof leaks and determining the source of water intrusion Performing residential roofing repairs Repairing shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vents, valleys, fascia, decking, and ventilation issues Performing emergency leak repairs and tarping when needed Completing gutter and minor exterior repairs Taking before-and-after photos of completed work Communicating repair recommendations to homeowners Identifying additional repair opportunities and helping homeowners understand their options Working closely with our office and sales team to ensure every customer receives exceptional service We're Looking For Someone Who ✔ Has at least 3 years of roofing repair experience ✔ Can confidently diagnose roof leaks without guesswork ✔ Understands roofing systems and proper repair methods ✔ Takes pride in quality workmanship ✔ Is comfortable speaking with homeowners ✔ Can identify additional repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions ✔ Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated ✔ Works independently while representing our company with professionalism Bonus Qualifications Experience with: Asphalt shingles Metal roofing Flashing repairs Chimney flashing Skylights Pipe boot replacements Roof ventilation Decking repairs Fascia and soffit repairs Gutters and downspouts Insurance repair work Bilingual is a plus but not required.
