This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real impact by helping homeowners protect and improve their properties. Job Overview Installers travel to residential and commercial job sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test completed work, and ensure each project site is cleaned and ready upon completion. Key Responsibilities Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, backfilling trenches, and site cleanup. Assist with installation of products and services under supervision. Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites. Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs. Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct. Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company's reputation. Assist with additional tasks as assigned to ensure project success. Report reliably to work each scheduled day. Qualifications Knowledge of trade-specific tools and proper equipment use. Previous experience in the construction industry preferred. Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor under varying conditions. Working Conditions Walks and stands for extended periods. Performs physically demanding tasks, often outdoors or in confined spaces. Compensation Competitive hourly pay plus per-job bonuses.
