Job Description
Job Summary Know your trade? Want to work for yourself? Contractor is expanding network of independent Subcontractors and has residential projects with defined scopes of work that need to be assigned. Whether you're already operating independently or you're an experienced tradesperson who has been considering going out on your own, you're encouraged to submit your information for consideration. Current and upcoming opportunities include tile installation, drywall/sheetrock, interior painting, selective demolition, landscaping, countertop installation and other residential construction trades. The Contractor selects the Subcontractor for each assignment and work is offered by individual work order based on project needs. Before receiving work, Subcontractors must complete the Contractor's compliance process, including providing proof of required general liability insurance and any licensing or credential documentation required for their specific field of trade, if necessary. Approved Subcontractors enter into a Subcontractor agreement before receiving work orders. Intake and compliance screening handled by Simple Path Tax, on behalf of Contractor . All Subcontractor selection and work assignments are made by the Contractor. This is an opportunity to be considered for Independent Subcontract work and is not an offer of employment with Simple Path Tax.
