Sentri Homes is looking for an experienced roofer for a shingle roof repair job in Woodbine, GA. The existing asphalt shingle roof is 20+ years old with active leaks — this is a repair and weatherproofing job, not a full roof replacement. First visit is a full diagnostic inspection, not a quick patch: check the entire shingle roof system, including all suspected leak areas (one previously tarred, one active leak visibly bulging and marking interior ceiling), penetrations/pipe boots, flashing at walls/chimney/vents, valleys, ridge and hips, eaves, old patches, and decking condition anywhere rot is suspected. Before any repair work starts, we need a clear report back: where the leaks are coming from, what's urgent, whether decking needs to be opened or replaced, and a materials/labor estimate.

Priority once scope is confirmed:

active leaks first, then structural/decking issues, then flashing and shingles, then general weatherproofing. Goal is to get the roof watertight and safe through hurricane season Homeowner is elderly and lives alone — please be patient, professional, and courteous on site.
