We are looking for a dependable Rough Framer for a full-time, day-shift position in Belle Plaine, IA, Monday through Friday, with temporary-to-hire opportunities available . The ideal candidate has previous framing or residential construction experience, can read basic construction plans, use common hand and power tools, and is comfortable with physically demanding work, outdoor conditions, and elevated areas. Must also be able to operate some heavy equipment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and framing materials. Build and install walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and openings. Install studs, joists, rafters, headers, and trusses. Use hand and power tools to complete framing work. Follow job-site safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Requirements Previous framing or residential construction experience preferred. Ability to read basic construction plans and perform basic math and measurements. Familiarity with common hand and power tools. Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated areas. Must be able to operate some heavy equipment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
