Position Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service, maintenance, and repairs, tear offs, and new builds on commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.) Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and Manufacture standards Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:

25+ years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred (but not required): Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems OSHA certification Commercial Roofing experience

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
