Serenity Home Transformations is growing our in-house installation crew and looking for experienced residential remodeling installers who can work independently, solve problems, and produce professional finished work. This is not an entry-level or general labor position. We work on existing homes, so we're looking for people who understand that remodeling takes more than following instructions. You need to be able to recognize problems, think through solutions, and take pride in doing the job correctly. Pay Based on Capability $25

• Experienced / Lead-Level Installer For installers who can bring significant value to the crew from day one.

You should be able to independently handle several of the following: Replacement windows Residential siding and repairs Aluminum brake and exterior trim Doors and exterior finish carpentry Deck construction and repair Troubleshooting leaks, rot, and other exterior issues Service and warranty work Directing less-experienced installers Taking ownership of projects from start through completion Higher pay requires higher capability.
