Installer

Job Overview Wyatt Construct is hiring a Installer to support residential construction, repair, restoration, roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior/interior project work. This role reports to the Lead Installer and is responsible for completing field work safely, correctly, and efficiently while maintaining strong jobsite standards. We are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, coachable, and able to take pride in doing the job right. Responsibilities Complete assigned production work correctly and safely Follow the work order, scope, and Lead Tech / Crew Lead direction Assist with demolition, prep work, repairs, installation, and cleanup Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Protect customer property, tools, and materials Communicate missing materials, damage, scope issues, or jobsite concerns immediately Support punch list items, final cleanup, and closeout Work with the crew to keep jobs moving on schedule What Success Looks Like Shows up on time and ready to work Produces steady output without constant supervision Makes very few mistakes Works well with crew members and customers Keeps the site clean and organized Helps jobs finish on scope and on schedule Maintains strong attendance and reliability Pay Structure $18•24/hr Entry-level installer Can handle labor, cleanup, material movement, demo, and simple install tasks Needs regular direction Requirements Construction or installation experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in active jobsite conditions Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow direction and work well with a team Preferred Experience General construction Roofing Siding Gutters Drywall / paint / carpentry Restoration / repair work Why Work at Wyatt Construct Clear expectations Opportunity to grow in pay and responsibility Performance-based advancement Strong team environment Steady hands-on field experience To Apply Please send your work history, experience, and contact information.
