Job Description
We are looking for someone who already knows the trade. This is not an entry-level position . You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, completing repairs, handling installations, and managing roofing and siding projects without needing extensive training or supervision. What You'll Do Perform residential roofing repairs and installations Install and repair asphalt shingles and other common roofing systems like metal Install and repair vinyl and other common siding systems Complete flashing, vents, pipe boots, trim, fascia, soffit, and related exterior work Handle smaller service and repair jobs independently Inspect completed work and ensure our quality standards are met Manage roofing and siding projects from start to completion Coordinate with crews, homeowners, suppliers, and the office Perform material checks and help ensure jobs have everything needed Identify and resolve issues that come up during production Keep job sites clean, professional, and organized Document job progress with photos and updates What We're Looking For You must already have strong hands-on roofing and siding experience . We need someone who can show up to a property, assess the situation, understand what needs to be done, and get the job completed correctly.
