Construction Framer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of new build homes, ensuring precision and safety on every project. Your expertise in framing skills will contribute to the successful completion of residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your hands-on skills to bring architectural visions to life with efficiency and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Erect new build homes, including framing and structural supports, following schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing plans Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble framing components. Collaborate with other employees to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards. Skills Experience in framing preferred. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings preferred. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites. Familiarity with roofing, framing, and remodeling processes.
