Role:
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all assigned scope of work is executed as per training, policy, procedure and aligned to the expectation of the customer.
Responsibilities:
Coordination with Maintenance Engineer & Operations Management to ensure complete and comprehensive maintenance scheduling Performing all routine preventive maintenance, as per assigned schedule Collaboration with counterparts at other customer Fabs (where applicable) Calibration & verification of measuring devices Performing pump swaps / rebuilds Line flushing Basic troubleshooting of systems in fault / error, escalation to Service Engineer as needed Ensuring completeness of maintenance activities in customer
ERP / FMS
system
Qualifications:
Technical school (or higher) is preferred, although not essential based on experience and knowledge of industry. Preferably a minimum of 2 years in a similar role Meet and pass the initial and annual acceptance criteria laid out by the customer. Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, train, and support a team in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Must be able to wear a respirator / SCBA mask.
