All job sites are localized exclusively within the Northwest and West Suburbs of Chicago, no city work or downtown Chicago installations required. We are seeking experienced, reliable fence builders who bring their own crew, truck, and tools to step into a steady stream of suburban projects. Required Qualifications & Equipment Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of proven fence installation experience.

Crew:

Must have an established, dependable team ready to work.

Equipment & Transportation:

Must possess a reliable work truck, trailer, and all professional-grade tools required for complete fence installation.

Material Expertise:

Expert knowledge and hands-on experience installing: Wood (Privacy, Picket, Post & Rail) Vinyl / PVC Chain Link (Residential & Commercial) Aluminum /

Ornamental Iron Business Requirements:

Valid driver's license and active 1099 status. Core Responsibilities Oversee and execute site setup, post hole digging, setting, framing, and panel/wire installation to strict specifications. Manage daily on-site operations and direct your installation crew for maximum efficiency and safety. Read layout plans, property surveys, and job specs accurately. Ensure high-quality workmanship, clean job sites upon completion, and high customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners as needed.
