Job Summary As a Roofing Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing roofing issues across multi-building residential properties. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently with a team in the field. What you'll do Perform roof repairs on shingle, flat, and metal systems. Assist with roof inspections and photo documentation using a mobile app. Identify and report additional repair needs during service calls. Work from scopes of work and execute tasks independently or with a team. Maintain safe job sites and follow OSHA safety standards. Use ladders, fall protection, hand tools, and roofing materials safely and correctly. Communicate clearly with team leads and follow scheduled work orders. Complete work documentation in SafetyCulture or other digital tools. What we're looking for 3+ years of roofing repair experience Ability to diagnose leaks and perform quality, lasting repairs Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable and able to show up every day ready to work Basic smartphone skills to use inspection apps and work orders Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working on HOA or multi-unit buildings Familiarity with mobile job tracking apps (SafetyCulture, CompanyCam, etc.) Pay and benefits $25-$40 per hour based on experience Full-time, year-round position PTO and paid holidays Health, Vision & Dental Insurance & 401K Tools, safety gear, and training provided Growth potential into crew lead or manager roles Why work with us IOC Construction is raising the bar for property maintenance.
