Job Description

Bolin Enterprise Inc., a family-owned business started in 1986, provides a full range of pipeline and tank services adaptable to the specific needs of each client. We use the latest technologies and industry best practices within our services, along with a high level of safety. Bolin Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pipeline Maintenance labor position. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to travel and enjoy working outdoors throughout the year. The position varies on job duties from site to site but is always within a fast-paced environment. We provide annual training, such as the OSHA 10 hour, Hazwhoper, OQ's, First Aid / CPR in addition to hands-on training at the job sites. This position travels with a team usually a week at a time, but occasionally out for 2 weeks at a time. Transportation and lodging are provided, in addition to a per diem to cover meals.
Essential Job Functions:
Painting Hand tool cleaning, Power tool cleaning, Abrasive blast cleaning, High pressure water cleaning Hand excavation through use of shovels, jack hammers and concrete saws Fencing installation or removal Installation and removal of bolts Valve replacement Liquid and solid material handling Driving Pipe fitting work and changing gaskets 4-30″ pipeline removal and installation Minor concrete work Sandblast, painting pipe structures, and I-Rod installation
Equipment:
Bobcats, Regular and Mini track hoes, Dozers, Material Handlers, UTV's Pig Tracking - Smart tools, Hydro tests, Nitrogen purges AGM marking & GPS survey collection
Requirements:
Must live within 40 miles of Casey, IL Must be able to travel Must be at least 21 years of age Must have clean motor vehicle report Must be willing to get Class A CDL Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Drug Test and background Able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working outdoors throughout the year Able to deal with extreme cold and hot climates Good Communication Skills Long shifts of sitting (10-24 hours) when performing Pig Tracking functions Flexible schedules: weather and product movement can cause day-to-day changes Occasional night shifts Minimum High School Degree Required Must be able to perform all job functions that require lifting and/or carrying single items weighing at least 50lbs as well as functions/activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, climbing, standing, lifting, twisting, reaching, squatting and kneeling

Average hours 40-60 per week
Travel or Overnights Required:
Typically gone 5 days at a time, with an occasional two-week travel period
Rate of Pay:
$20-$25 per hour (based upon experience and/or certifications such as a CDL)
Overtime Pay:
On the road, overtime applied after 8 hours
