Position Summary We are expanding our repair department and looking for a motivated, skilled Roofing & Siding Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in roof and siding repairs, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and is ready to represent a company with a reputation built over five decades. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems for homeowners, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform repairs on shingle roofing, vinyl/aluminum siding, and related exterior systems Diagnose leaks and exterior damage to recommend and complete effective solutions Work with soffit, fascia, and gutters (experience a strong plus) Occasionally assist with minor interior carpentry tasks Maintain clean, organized work areas and deliver outstanding customer service Safely operate tools, ladders, and company vehicles What We're Looking For Experience in roofing and siding repair (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Experience with soffit, fascia, and gutter repair (preferred) Light interior carpentry experience (a plus) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Reliable, respectful, and ready to be part of a team

Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay :

$25.00/hour and higher, depending on level of experience
