Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpet Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction industry, specifically, carpet installation. The Apprentice will work under the guidance of industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience while contributing Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of carpet projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Support the team in job setup, demo and prep work. Help maintain a clean and organized construction site, always adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards. Learn to read work orders and project specifications to understand project requirements. Skills Basic knowledge of carpet install principles and techniques is preferred. Familiarity with construction site methods and materials. Ability to perform carpet install tasks with attention to detail. Capability to read work orders and interpret construction plans accurately. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in the construction field while developing valuable skills under professional mentorship.
