We have more roofing work than our current crews can handle, and we're looking to add experienced installers who are serious about their work. We're looking for installers who are comfortable taking a residential roof from tear-off through installation and doing it at a strong pace without cutting corners. Showing up on time, working hard, keeping a clean jobsite and doing the job right are basic expectations here. We're looking for experienced roofers who don't need someone standing over them all day to get the job done.

You should be experienced with:

Residential roof tear-offs Asphalt shingle, metal, flat, rolled comp installation Underlayment and ice & water shield Flashing, valleys, vents and roof penetrations Decking replacement when needed Ridge cap and ventilation Jobsite cleanup and final walkthrough We're looking for people who are dependable, work well with a crew and take pride in how the roof looks when they leave. Most importantly, we're growing. We're looking for more high-level installers so we can continue taking on additional volume while maintaining the quality and pace we expect on every job. $18.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
