In this energetic role, you'll collaborate with skilled professionals to execute a variety of renovation projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Your hands-on expertise will help bring clients' visions to life, making each project a showcase of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction and remodeling while contributing to beautiful, functional spaces. Duties Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work/painting to prepare spaces for renovation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim carpentry components with precision, under supervision of the Project Lead/Foreman. Perform tasks such as caulking, painting, cleaning, landscaping, demolition, and flooring to enhance project quality. Learn to read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans and specifications. Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and project requirements. Knowledge of basic order of operations for construction and ability to work off scopes Hands-on experience with various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, or flooring installation is a plus! Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely in diverse environments. Strong understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous.
