In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installation processes and be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality renovation projects while maintaining safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage and perform remodeling tasks, including the installation of windows, siding, and roofing. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met. Work expeditiously to complete projects within designated timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Supervise and guide other workers on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or construction process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or construction, specifically with installation of windows, siding, and roofing. Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Valid relevant licenses or certifications preferred but not mandatory.
