Position Summary The ideal candidate is someone who already understands construction and takes pride in their work. If you are a skilled carpenter or drywall professional who wants to expand your skills into the waterproofing industry, this is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade while putting your existing experience to work. Responsibilities Framing walls and complete general carpentry work. Install, repair, tape, mud, and finish drywall. Remove and replace finished materials as needed during waterproofing projects. Perform professional repairs and restoration after waterproofing work is completed. Learn and assist with basement waterproofing installation. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Properly use and maintain company tools and equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. Follow company installation procedures and safety standards. Deliver high- quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Strong background in framing, carpentry, and drywall finishing required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in basements and crawl spaces, and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Driver Requirements:

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles.

Professionalism:

Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Pay Range & Schedule Pay Scale:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (starting pay based on experience).

Schedule:

Full-time, year-round work. Overtime and Saturday shifts available.

Pay Cycle:

Weekly pay.
