Job Description

Job Overview Are you interested in construction, hands-on work, and building practical skills? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Radon Mitigation Technicians . No prior radon experience required—we will train the right person. What You'll Do
  • Assist with and eventually perform radon mitigation system installations in residential properties
  • Work with concrete coring, PVC piping, vapor barrier and sump pumps
  • Conduct site assessments and follow established mitigation protocols
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites
  • Ensure work meets industry standards and safety requirements Who We're Looking For
  • Strong interest in construction, trades, or hands-on technical work
  • Willingness to learn and complete company-provided training
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and varying job site conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry materials, use basic and power tools, and follow safety procedures
  • Valid driver's license (reliable transportation required)
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills What We Offer

Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 30.0 per week
