Job Overview Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems including shingle roofing, metal roofing, and EPDM rubber membrane roofing. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively to perform roofing tasks. Set up ladders and scaffolding securely while adhering to all ladder use safety protocols. Follow project plans and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Support, assist and anticipate next steps on a jobsite... Team Work makes the dream work! Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly handling debris, tools, and materials. Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and other personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high safety standards. Requirements Prior experience or background in roofing or related trades such as siding installation, masonry, drywall, guttering etc is desirable but not required. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of construction workplace safety and proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures. Ability to safely operate a pick up truck with a trailer attached; must be good at backing up. Able to work safely on a roof. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written plans and instructions. Outdoor work experience in various weather temperatures and conditions is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor throughout the workday. Excellent teamwork skills. 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.

Pay:
