In this role, you will be responsible for remodeling vacant rental units and getting them ready to rent again. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in apartments and houses. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the skills necessary we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects by performing punch lists on vacant properties. Tasks such as drywall installation or repair, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry with precision and efficiency. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and install various materials including wood, drywall, concrete, and glass. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware while adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Manage demolition activities safely and efficiently while minimizing waste and ensuring site cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong understanding of remodeling trades. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on construction sites. Knowledge of construction management principles and inspection procedures to maintain quality control. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
