Farha Roofing is a highly ranked, family-owned residential and commercial roofing company with branches in Wichita, Kansas City, Denver, Eads, Durango, Orlando and Phoenix. We've been successfully serving our customers for 14 years! We're expanding, and we're looking for talent to help us reach our next growth milestone! Responsibilities:

Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks. Install new roofing materials as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Requirements:

Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
