Lighting Solutions Baton Rouge is hiring dependable installers for our upcoming holiday season. We take pride in clean installations, professional service, and taking care of our customers' properties.
Our motto is simple:
Raise the standard. What you'll do: Install Christmas lights on homes and commercial properties, including rooflines, trees, and landscaping. Hang wreaths, garland, and other holiday decorations. Work from ladders and rooftops using proper safety equipment and procedures. Help troubleshoot and service displays throughout the season. Remove, label, and organize lights during January takedowns. Load and unload equipment and keep trucks and job sites organized. Who we're looking for: Dependable people who show up on time and ready to work. Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights. Able to move ladders, tools, and installation materials. Willing to follow instructions, learn our installation standards, and work as part of a team. Respectful toward customers, teammates, and customers' property. Reliable transportation to our daily meeting location. Christmas lighting, roofing, construction, or landscaping experience is a plus. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.What you can expect:
Weekly pay. Hands-on training in our installation methods. Clear expectations for safety, workmanship, and customer service. Seasonal work that includes fall installations, holiday service calls, and January takedowns. Scheduling depends on workload and weather.Pay:
