Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect homes and commercial buildings from water damage. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, seamless installation, and durable finishes, contributing to the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Measure and mark areas for gutter installation accurately, ensuring proper alignment and slope for optimal water drainage Cut, assemble, and install seamless gutters using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety in mind Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and securing mounting brackets or hangers for secure attachment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards Inspect completed installations for leaks, proper drainage, and overall craftsmanship; make adjustments as needed Read blueprints, schematics, and schematics to interpret project specifications accurately Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment related to gutter installation and general construction Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans Experience with construction management, estimating, inspection, and project coordination is a plus Familiarity with related trades such as roofing, siding, carpentry (including trim carpentry), caulking, and flashing installation Ability to operate fabrication equipment for custom gutter sections when necessary Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights Basic understanding of plumbing principles relevant to drainage systems Experience with other construction tasks such as window or door hanging, restoration work, or masonry is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components accurately Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team as a Seamless Gutter Installer if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to learn new skills in construction trades, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
