Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Roofing Laborer / Roofing Mechanics role based in Quincy, MA. The role involves assisting with the installation, repair, and replacement of various roofing systems, including shingles, flat roofs, metal roofs, and specialty materials. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, preparing and maintaining clean and safe jobsites, removing old roofing, installing underlayment and insulation, and supporting the crew in roofing and exterior work. The position also requires working at height, handling tools and equipment, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to company standards. Occasional interaction with clients and site representatives to support project needs may be required. Qualifications Experience with roofing systems and structures, including Roofs and Working at Height skills. Basic Carpentry skills for roof framing, decking, and exterior components. Knowledge of Insulation installation and Waterproofing techniques for roofing and exterior systems. Ability to safely use hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment. Strong attention to safety, reliability, and maintaining clean, organized jobsites. Physical ability to lift materials, work outdoors in varying weather, and perform manual labor for extended periods. Prior roofing or construction experience preferred; willingness to learn and follow instructions required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Quincy, MA jobsites preferred.

Pay:
