Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation projects across commercial sites, ensuring that all systems and structures are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, contributing to the successful completion of complex projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse installations, from framing and drywall to electrical and plumbing systems, while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install and assemble commercial systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC components, and structural frameworks using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation according to project specifications. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans. Fabricate and modify materials on-site as needed for custom installations or repairs. Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, drywall installation, stucco application, flooring, tile laying, and painting to achieve a polished look. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Extensive experience with construction site operations including framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and restoration work. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of electrical systems installation and plumbing techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital document management is a plus. Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols. Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for various building systems. Experience with fabrication techniques including metalwork or custom fixture installation. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of installation work.
